30-Day Return Window
We stand behind the quality, purity, and formulation standards of our skincare products. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for your purchase.
Return Eligibility & Hygiene Standards for Skincare Products
Due to strict public health, safety, and personal care hygiene regulations:
• Skincare products (serums, creams, lotions, cleansers, masks) MUST be unopened, unused, with factory protective seals/shrink wraps fully intact and in their original packaging.
• Skincare tools and applicators MUST be unused, free of product residues, and returned in their original box with all inserts included.
• Opened, unsealed, or used cosmetics and topical formulas cannot be returned or refunded for sanitary and consumer protection reasons.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required for all return requests.
• Manufacturing defects or items damaged during transit upon unboxing are eligible for a 100% full refund or immediate free replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
• Opened, unsealed, sampled, or used skincare liquids, creams, serums, or masks.
• Skincare tools showing signs of cosmetic residue or use.
• Clearance or final sale items clearly marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.
Free Returns & No Restocking Fees
We offer free returns on all eligible unused and unopened items. We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, and zero restocking fees will be deducted from your approved refund amount.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email info@mediccbe.shop with your original order number, reason for return, and photos showing the unopened condition and intact safety seals of the product.
2. Our customer service team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid printable return shipping label within 1-2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely in its original box along with protective cushioning to prevent transit damage.
4. Affix the prepaid label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our Schertz facility to confirm unopened and unused condition, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal). Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for your banking institution to post the credit to your account.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to select a different product, formula, or skin type line, please return your unused original item for a full refund and place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Defective Products Upon Delivery
If your order arrives with cracked glass bottles, spilled fluids, or broken pumps, please contact info@mediccbe.shop within 7 days of receipt with photos demonstrating the damage. We will issue a full refund or ship a replacement unit immediately at no extra cost.
